Other certificates such as fees, structural safety, water harvesting, etc also have to be submitted&nbsp;<strong>alongwith the completion drawings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(17) Provision of following item in building shall be mandatory for issue of<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>completion certificate\u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(i) Flooring;\/ i.e hard surface and completely finished floors for common areas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>or\/and public use areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(ii) Electrical wiring;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(iii) Plumbing work to be complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(iv) Parking and landscaping as per Table no. 5 and Table no. 6 respectively or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>as per directions issued from time to time whichever is higher;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(v) Number plate and illumination board as per direction amended or direction<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>issued from time-to-time;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(vi) Internal and external finishing (Plastering may not be mandatory);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(vii) Boundary wall and gates shall be mandatory;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>25<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(viii) Buildings shall be lockable i.e. all external doors and windows shall be<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>provided. In case grill is provided in the windows the fixing of glass in the<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>windows pane shall not be mandatory;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(ix) No violation should be there in the overall building or site at the time of<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>issue of occupancy certificate;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(x) Any other special provision as mentioned in the lease deed;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(xi) In case of completion of whole project, all temporary structures to be<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>removed. In case if any special clause is mentioned in the lease deed or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Memorandum of Understanding then the requirement mentioned in the<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>same shall be applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>APPENDIX -9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(See regulation no. 20)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Form for Occupancy Certificate for Building Work<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chief Executive Officer,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uttar Pradesh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sir,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I hereby certify that the erection\/re-erection\/material alteration\/demolition in\/on<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>building on Plot number \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026..in Sector\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026..in Yamuna<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expressway has been supervised by me and the completion plan along with the required<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>documents are attached herewith. The plans were sanctioned vide letter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>number\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026 dated\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026.and the work has been<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>completed to my best satisfaction. The workmanship and all the materials which have<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>been used are strictly in accordance with the general, detailed specification.
